Shop
Sell what you make,
right next to what you book.
The Shop engine turns your storefront into a real online shop: products with sizes and colours, stock that counts itself, orders you can follow from payment to delivery, and one cart that can hold a product, an appointment and a ticket together.
How your customers buy
From browsing to checkout in one drawer.
Your products live on your storefront, the same page where customers book and register. They can browse, choose, and check out without ever leaving it, and without making an account.
Stock that counts itself, and never sells what you don't have.
When someone places an order that isn't paid yet, the stock is held for them. You choose how long, from one hour to seven days, and the default is 24 hours. If the payment never arrives, the stock goes back on the shelf by itself. Cash on delivery orders never expire. Stock is checked on the server at the moment of ordering, so two customers can't both buy the last one, and a daily email tells you what is running low.
Set up the shop the way you run it
Add your products once and the rest follows: the storefront, the stock, the orders and the numbers.
Products with variants
Up to three options (size, colour, material) and up to 100 variants per product. Each variant can have its own price, SKU, stock and photo. Add several images, a compare-at price to show a sale, and your cost to see your margin as you type.
Collections
Group products into collections with their own page, description and image.
Inventory and history
Adjust stock by an amount or set it to a count, with a reason. Every change is kept in a history.
Pickup and delivery
Offer pickup, delivery with a flat fee per area, or both.
Discounts
Codes or automatic discounts: a percentage, a fixed amount or free delivery, with minimum order, dates and usage limits.
Your shop sells in your own currency, shown the same way across the storefront, the emails and the receipts.
Orders
Every order, from payment to doorstep.
Each order tracks money and delivery separately, so you always see what is paid, what is waiting, and what still needs to go out.
Payment and fulfilment, side by side
Every order has a payment status and a fulfilment status, and a timeline of everything that happened to it, with room for your own notes.
Record payments as they arrive
Customers pay by mobile money, bank or cash. When the money arrives, you record it on the order. Partial payments are supported.
Refunds and cancellations
Record a refund, or cancel an order and put the stock back in one step.
Orders by hand
Taking an order over WhatsApp or in person? Create it yourself and it flows through the same stock, payment and email steps.
Emails and receipts
Customers get an email for each step and a link to follow their order. You can edit every email, and print a receipt for any order.
Your shop's numbers, in one view.
The Shop overview shows how you are doing and what needs you next, for today, the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
